Aedifice Partnership has a wide range of clients, ranging from Local Authorities and Government Bodies, through to large and small corporate bodies, and individual private clients. The following sets out some of these elements, and a scope of our services in relation to actual projects:- HEALTHCARE Aedifice Partnership have worked with wide variety of healthcare clients, with individuals in the practice having up to 20 years experience of this sector. In particular, we provide extensive services for the Care Home market, in terms of both elderly care and specialist care facilities. With our extensive knowledge of operational Homes and development requirements, we provide concept to operational home support, and work with many of our clients on strategic aims for their business, with identification of sites, and development of appropriate operational facilities. We believe we provide what is a unique service for Care Home operators and developers, and our client base in this area ranges from the very largest operators to small one home family businesses. We also work with funding Banks, to provide support to their client base in this sector and facilitate funding and development. Projects range from below £0.5m to £20m, and we are handling projects of around £100m at any one time. SCHOOLS We work with a number of Schools and educational service providers, in both the voluntary aided, private, and higher educational fields, to strategically develop the facilities in line with changing requirements of pupils and Government guidelines, providing a wide range of support from maintenance of existing buildings, including Listed structures, through to design and development of new facilities and ongoing general property advice. Projects range from project managing multi million pound classroom and School extensions, through to designing high quality new build facilities and small scale repair and maintenance contracts. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES Aedifice Partnership provides a wide range of services for the residential sector, both in terms of support to housing developers, including project management, cost advice, and other services, through to multi million pound private residential schemes for refurbishment and development of new build high quality housing, including design and management, and cost associated services, bringing together the full breadth of our services as necessary to create effective development. We have examples of many high quality residential schemes we have been involved in, either from a design and/or project management perspective. We also provide building survey support to residential clients, along with dealing with party wall and boundary disputes. COMMERCIAL CLIENTS Aedifice Partnership works with a wide variety of commercial and Local Authority organisations, providing support from cost consultancy, through to specialist party wall, and health and safety advice, along with contract administration, project management, and design. We also carry out building surveys of commercial properties, and in connection with leased premises, Schedules of Condition and Schedules of Dilapidations. Our range of services starts from a Survey, or Schedule of Condition for organisations purchasing or leasing properties, through to re-development, refurbishment and alteration advice, for both developers, and owner occupiers, or Leaseholders.
